Magnetic separation for Metalworking

Our magnetic separators and filtration systems are used at key points in metalworking operations to remove ferromagnetic particles from coolants, oils, emulsions, and washing media. Typical applications include grinding, honing, and lapping machines, turning and milling machines, CNC equipment, machining processes, decentralized media preparation, central filtration systems, and surface treatment operations. Further applications include purification of coolants in steel processing, filtration of hydraulic oils and lubricants, and removal of metallic particles from washing and cleaning media.
