Use cases & applications

Our magnetic separators and filtration systems are used at critical control points in chemical production to remove ferromagnetic particles from coolants, oils, emulsions, and washing media. Typical applications include processing lines for chemical powders and granulates, emulsion and oil treatment, washing and cleaning solutions, as well as decentralized and central media preparation. Other examples include filtration of cooling lubricants in machining, purification of hydraulic oils and lubricants, and removal of metal particles from chemical reaction media and catalysts. These systems protect sensitive chemical plants from metal contamination, ensure consistent product quality, and significantly reduce maintenance requirements. By removing steel shavings, iron particles, and other ferromagnetic contaminants, reactors are protected, product purity is improved, and plant downtimes are minimized. They can be seamlessly integrated into existing chemical processes and are flexibly configurable, from small-batch to large-scale continuous production, to meet varying throughput and quality requirements.
