Magnetic separation and filtration for the Automotive Industry

Our magnetic separators and filter systems are used in automotive production at critical control points to remove ferromagnetic particles from cooling lubricants, oils, emulsions and washing media. Typical application areas include grinding, honing and lapping machines, decentralized media treatment, central filter systems, as well as filtration of cooling lubricants in machining and surface treatment. Further applications include cleaning of cooling lubricants in CNC machines, turning and milling machines, as well as filtration of hydraulic oils and lubricants in automotive assembly. The systems protect sensitive manufacturing equipment from metal contamination, ensure consistent product quality and significantly reduce maintenance effort. By removing steel chips, iron particles and other ferromagnetic contaminants, tools are protected, surface quality is improved and machine failures are minimized. They integrate seamlessly into existing production processes and are flexibly configurable from small series to large-scale production to meet different throughput and quality requirements. Our magnetic filters are suitable for flow rates from a few liters to several thousand liters per minute and can be used in both full-flow and bypass operation.
